Students, faculty, and staff are invited to kick-off Health and Fitness Week on Monday, November 21 from 10:30 to 11:30 am in McMillan Hall, W. A. Murphy Student Centre. You'll enjoy a free Pancake Breakfast and UPEI Manager of Campus and Community Recreation Stephanie Knickle's keynote address entitled, "What is Life Balance? Why do we need it?
