FREE YOGA NIDRA

Join Rebecca Gass, certified yoga instructor, for a free Yoga Nidra Session on Wednesday, November 16 from 12:05 to 12:50 at the Chaplaincy Centre. This session is free for UPEI students, staff and faculty. Monetary donations for Soup for the Soul will be accepted along with non-perishable food items for the UPEI Food Bank. 

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the body. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and are welcome to bring a mat, pillow, blanket and any additional props.
