Due to the demands placed on the Facilities Department from May 2nd until May 11th for Convocation we will have very limited resources available.  If you are planning an event the week of and/or following Convocation please contact facilities@upei.ca as soon as possible so that we can assess your needs along with our availability.   We will try to accommodate your request, however,  please be aware we may not have the resources to meet your needs.
