Important information for accessing the Tobacco Use Policy survey

ALL university staff, faculty and students have access to the Tobacco Use Policy survey.

Participants do not need to use gmail to access the survey, but are required to login to the Shibboleth single sign-in service (same as is required to access library research services from off-campus). This step ensures that only participants with an active UPEI account have access to the survey.

Everyone can access the survey at https://goo.gl/Ojpf26 until end of the day on Friday, February 5, 2016. It is also accessible from the Healthy Campus Committee and UPEI Student Union homepages.
