Join Rebecca Gass, Certified Yoga Instructor, for a Yoga Nidra practice on Wednesday, December 9 at 4:30 pm at the Panther Fitness Studio, UPEI Sports Centre.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the body. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket and any additional props.

Free all all full-time UPEI students and Sports Centre members! Cost for non-members is $5 plus HST.
