Hello Everyone: Michelle Shepherd (a devoted client and patron of the College) is organizing a big garage sale here in Charlottetown on Monday, May 18, 2015, with all proceeds to go to AVC's Teaching Hospital to purchase a wireless ECG monitoring system for ICU and for portable use. Michelle was really struck by the kindness and care her dog, Daisy, received from multiple services in the Teaching Hospital. Thanks to the efforts of many, including Michelle (and a grateful shout-out to the Students of the CVMA and several clients, who also have contributed generously), we are almost at the halfway mark for the goal of $20 000. Students who are moving: why not bring your good-quality resellable materials to be sold at the garage sale? Anyone who is spring cleaning this weekend: why not donate the things you aren't using to this event?
