Summer fitness programs beginning in July

The following programs begin in July: Stroller Fitness - 4 weeks: A total-body workout for new moms/caregivers incorporates power walking, strength, and toning exercises. A variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. Dates: July 7-28. Mondays Group - 10:15-11:00 am. Instructor - Tracey Gairns-Brioux. Fee: Members $34 + HST. Non-members $40 + HST. Speed training and TRX - 8 weeks: This program involves interval training and a speed portion around the track. You will increase your fitness, burn fat, and improve your tone. Dates: July 15 - September 2. Tuesdays Group - 6:30-7:15 am. Instructor - Tracey Gairns-Brioux. Fee: Members $68 + HST. Non-members $80 + HST. Advanced Group Cycling - 8 weeks: What better way to build strength than to climb? Get ready to ride steadily and consistently with heavy resistance. Strength rides increase muscular and cardiovascular strength enabling you to be a powerful climber. The class will also challenge your aerobic base through interval sprints and maximum speed. Dates: July 10-August 28. Thursdays Group 6:45-7:30am. Instructor - Tracey Gairns-Brioux. Fee: Members $68 + HST. Non-members $80 + HST.
