Join us Friday, September 20 for an open house to celebrate renovations to the Qualitative Research Lab. The UPEI Qualitative Research Lab (QRL) provides a range of equipment and training to outfit researchers for field work in the community and a facility to analyze data and prepare scholarly works. The lab provides remote data acquisition technology to capture stories, experiences and cultures of interest. Researchers access transcription analysis and dissemination technologies. The QRL’s state-of-the-art Co-Laboratory to meet and share information with researchers around the world. The open house runs from 9-11 am on Friday, September 20. Light refreshments will be available. The lab is located in room 413 of Dalton Hall. The QRL is led by Dr. Kate Tilleczek, Canada Research Chair in Youth Cultures and Transitions, and is created through funding from the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI).
