UPEI has a new confidentiality agreement which is to be used for all fee for service contracts managed by the Comptroller's Office. The fee for service contract templates—found at http://www.upei.ca/vpfinance/comptroller/fee-service-contracts—have been updated to reflect the new confidentiality agreement.
