Gregorio Ajcot Sosof has been a permaculture practitioner for 16 years, working with the Mesoamerican Permaculture Institute in Solola Guatemala, since 2010. Goyo manages all on-site permaculture systems, including many gardens, a food forest, grey water recycling and composting systems, as well as running the on-site native seed bank. Goyo is an adult educator and offers educational tours and workshops about permaculture and how it relates to and complements the Maya cosmovision.
