| Background: | This scholarship was established at the University of Prince Edward Island by Dennis Clough. Mr. Clough served as finance director at Saint Dunstan's University before it amalgamated with Prince of Wales College to form UPEI. Mr. Clough was named a UPEI Founder at the 2007 Founder's Day Ceremony. In January 2018, this fund was endowed to provide for the scholarship in perpetuity. |
