| Description: | Awarded to a full-time student in their fourth year of study with a declared major in the BSc Foods & Nutrition Program who has worked with families locally, nationally, or internationally as part of their UPEI education and not in recipient of another donor funded award greater than $1,000. Preference given to students who have an maintained an overall average of 80% or greater in the previous year of study. |
| Background: | This annual scholarship was established by the family of Heather Henry to recognize her contributions to education through her career as Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Home Economics (now Applied Human Sciences) at UPEI. It is intended to encourage and support deserving students who are committed to working with families. |
