| Background: | Mary "Eleanor" Darrach passed away at the Garden Home, on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, age 92 years. She was the loving mother of Robert Darrach and was predeceased by her husband, Lee, and son David. Eleanor provided a residual beneficiary gift to the University of Prince Edward Island. It is in the spirit of her intentions for this gift that these awards were established. |
