IDW Brown Bag Lunch Series – "Opportunities to be a Global Village"

Join the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) on Thursday, February 5 at 12:00 pm in The Wave for a presenation entitled "Opportunities to be a Global Village," as a part of UPEI's International Development Week.
Explore the role of international development and international development organizations within Canadian contexts and how students can become involved locally. There will be a Fair Trade Marketplace, food and presentations by the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) PEI member organizations. Presenting organizations include: Campbell Webster Foundation, Cooper Institute, CUSO International, CUPE, Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan, Farmers Helping Farmers, Mikinduri Children of Hope, and WUSC.
Light refreshments will be provided, and a door prize will be given out to one lucky attendee!
