Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the body and will be offered on Thursday, March 12 from 12:45 – 1:30 pm in the Chaplaincy Centre, as part of Mental Health Week. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. All are welcome to attend.
Bring a mat, pillow, blanket and any additional props.
