To celebrate International Development Week, the Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall will be serving an international lunch entrée February 2-6. The menu will be as follows: Monday – Greek Pork Souvlaki Tuesday – Italian Risotto Wednesday – Moroccan Chicken Tagine Thursday – Chinese Clay Pot Rice *Recipe submitted by a student Friday – Taiwanese Beef Noodles *Recipe submitted by a student There will also be a special Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer on throughout the week.
