Join the UPEISU Iranian Society for Mehregan or Jashn-e Mehr (Mehr Festival)—a Zoroastrian and Persian (Iranian) festival to honor the Yazata of "Mehr", which is responsible for friendship, affection and love. It is also widely referred to as Persian Festival of Autumn. There will be music, dance, and more! Light refreshments will be served. Tickets are $6 in advance and $9 at the door (upon availability) and can be purchased in advance by emailing iraniansociety@upeisu.ca.
