Supports and Resources

Welcome to our supports and resources page!

This page is dedicated to the gathering and sharing of EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) and emergency resources with our campus and broader UPEI community. The aim is to help connect students to various resources and services available to them as well as to promote understanding, learning, and support.

Pride Week, July

Pride on PEI takes place in July with organizations and on-campus groups working to create inclusive programming that supports our 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

These initiatives serve to create opportunities for visibility, recognize the diversity, strength, and resilience inherent to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community; and, amplify diverse voices with the aim of developing tools to engage in advocacy on campus and within the wider community. We look forward to a week of learning and action.

Anti-racism resources

Anti-racism is a process of actively identifying and opposing racism. The goal of anti-racism is to challenge and to take steps to eliminate racism by actively changing the policies, behaviours, and beliefs that perpetuate racist ideas and actions. Below are several groups, spaces and resources to help us continue to learn, educate and take action.
