Residence Fees

Please note—all students living in Bernardine Hall or Andrew Hall are required to purchase a 5- or 7-day meal plan each semester. Blanchard Hall residents are not required to purchase a meal plan, but are permitted to do so if they wish. Priority for Blanchard Hall semi-private space is given to upper-year, transfer, graduate, and mature students. Please refer to your registration material and the Residence Life Agreement for fee payment information and schedules.

Note: Credit card payments of tuition or residence fees has been discontinued.

These fees cover the 2024–2025 academic year, and are subject to change. Fees are reflected per semester, but Residence Life Agreements are for the duration of the academic year (September to April). Students will be billed the semester fees in September and January.

Bernardine Hall

  • Single room: $3,621.28 per semester
  • Single room, with 5-day meal plan: $6,769.73 per semester
  • Single room, with 7-day meal plan: $6,830.30 per semester
  • Double room: $2,834.00 per semester
  • Double room, with 5-day meal plan: $5,950.96 per semester
  • Double room, with 7-day meal plan: $6,011.53 per semester

Bill and Denise Andrew Hall

  • Single suite: $4,006.08 per semester
  • Single suite with 5-day meal plan: $6,629 per semester
  • Single suite with 7-day meal plan: $6,685 per semester
  • Double and triple suite: $3,813.68 per semester
  • Double and triple suite with 5-day meal plan: $6,969.83 per semester
  • Double and triple suite with 7-day meal plan: $7,030.40 per semester

Blanchard Hall

  • Semi-private: $3,722.16 per semester
  • Semi-private with 5-day meal plan: $6,874.65 per semester
  • Semi-private with 7-day meal plan: $6,935.22 per semester

Performing Arts Centre and Residence

  • Single apartment: $4,264 per semester
  • Single apartment with 7-day meal plan: $7,328 per semester
  • 2-bedroom suite (your own bedroom): $4,056 per semester
  • 3-bedroom apartment (your own bedroom): $4,264 per semester
  • Double apartment (sharing a bedroom with one other student): $3,640 per semester

Residence Meal Plans

  • 5-day meal plan: $2,888.08 per semester
  • 7-day meal plan: $2,946.32 per semester

Security deposit

  • $500

Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation (St. Peter's Bay)

  • Full two-bedroom unit: $900 per month
