Four UPEI researchers have received funding from PEI’s 2024 Climate Challenge Fund: Dr. Kuljeet Grewal, Dr. Stephanie Shaw, and Dr. Yulin Hu, all of the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering, and Dr. Xander Wang, School of Climate Change and Adaptation.
UPEI biology students Leah Campbell, of Cornwall, PEI, and Alexa Marshall, of Bay Roberts, NL, spent two weeks in Costa Rica this summer, gaining practical veterinary experience as participants of Loop Abroad’s Costa Rica Pre-Vet Wildlife Medicine program.
Dr. Wendy Rodgers was officially installed as the seventh President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Prince Edward Island during a ceremony held at the UPEI Performing Arts Centre on Friday, October 11, 2024.
