UPEI's Performing Arts Centre and Residence opened in 2023, built in cooperation with the 2023 Canada Winter Games. The building features two towers of residence apartments and lounges with classroom space and a 400-seat auditorium on the main floor. The south tower is five stories and the north tower is nine stories, with views to the ocean on all sides.
